We have found our forever handyman and friend; Tobias! We ordered a catio for our cat; looked at all the parts and a very short instructional manual and said to ourselves, "We need help." My husband spent a short time on the Web and found Tobias. After reading his reviews, it was blaringly obvious he was the one. We contacted Tobias and immediately knew he was the right one for this job. He was very engaging and accepted the project although it was a different one for him. The next day he was here assembling all the pieces. In 2 days we had a custom made catio thanks to Tobias' ingenuity and skills. He designed and added parts to this catio that made it more compatible for the function of attaching it to our cat's door from the inside to the outside. He literally dazzled us by his creative thinking, wisdom and experience. Tobias works relentlessly till the project is complete. He won't waste your time or money. Period!!!!!!!! His instinctual balance of working and relating to his customers is beyond words. What an amazing person Tobias is; positive, uplifting, congenial and oh-so-honest. Meeting Tobias is an unforgettable experience. We are already planning on having him back to help us with other home improvements. You couldn't ask for a more professional, high work quality and very efficient handyman. Tobias takes pride in his workmanship and communicates very clearly. Tobias repaired two of our doors and they now work perfectly. He explained everything that he was doing and made recommendations to keep the door handles in good shape for the future. He was very professional, came over to review the job before getting started, and was able to then complete everything in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him as a handyman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my experience when a customer is quoted a price, and when the handyman shows up do the job there are the unknown factors which were not unveiled to the handyman. This causes a conflict with the relationship with the customer and handyman. Working by the hour eliminates all these problems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer vent all their emotions about their project, then I contribute my opinion as what I can do to satisfy the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2007 started Senior Savvy Handyman services for Lowes. Present working for Thumb Tack under name Tobias Handyman LLC.
