FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as I feel that varying aspects of my work should be charged accordingly. I understand the expense a company incurs for my necessary services and I also know the value I provide. So I try to make sure that I charge accordingly. Which means if I am performing tasks on the less advanced aspect of business I charge a smaller fee where as an in-depth analysis will be billed at a higher rate. I believe that my success and my clients success can be intertwined and thus provide quality services for a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is very important to understand both the customers business needs and the time constraints the customer is facing. The process for setting up a new customer includes completing an information packet which provides all of the necessary information for the business. Depending on the customers choice in software I will request either an accountant copy of the data or if there is no current software being used will enter the information into the utilized databases. Addressing a customers expectations is key to the success of my business.
