Introduction: Located in Santa Fe, NM, Nile Cafe and Catering Co. is a family-run company, preparing all the Egyptian and Middle Eastern classics. Our chef and owner has learned all her homemade recipes growing up in Cairo, Egypt, as a young girl, cooking with her mother.
We have a small takeout restaurant in town and cater special events, small business meetings, and weddings. We can provide buffet style catering or full service. We are a young ambitious company that will always give you more for your money.

Nile Cafe and Catering CO. catered our meeting last week. They did an excellent job. Everyone loved the food! Many of those attending had not tasted "Middle Eastern" food before and were pleasantly surprised- many asked where the Nile Cafe is located so they could make a personal visit. The food was hot, fresh in appearance, and enjoyed by all! We will definetly be using them to cater future meetings and would strongly recommend them to anyone catering a meeting or event. We had their catering menu option number 3, a combination of chicken and lamb kebabs. It was an excellent value for high quality cuisine.
I personally used their services for our daughter's wedding last summer and everyone was totally amazed with the taste and quality of the food! Far surpassed food normally served at weddings and was still an affordable choice.
