Irina has come twice now to feed our family of pets in our absence. We have one cat, two guinea pigs, and four rats. She follows our instructions meticulously, preparing various diets to suit the individual animals, once even sending us a photograph of the rats' plate of dainties that she had prepared. The cat likes to play with her, which is seldom the case with her and other guests to the house. She takes her job very seriously, and her concern for the animals continues even after she is no longer responsible for them. The last time we came home our plane was delayed, and she contacted my daughter in London to ask whether she should come again while we were stuck in Dallas. She is also flexible about time. Add to that a delight in animals of all kinds and a gift for photography, and she makes a very fine pet sitter.

Irina has been petsitting for our three cats for about a year now, and we couldn't be happier. She takes great care of our cats, including giving medication to our older cat. It is a relief to know that our cats are being well cared for, and she has gone above and beyond to ensure their happiness on several occasions. She has also taken some terrific photos of our cats which perfectly capture their personalities and are something we will always cherish.

My wife and I were nervous about leaving our cats for the first time. After meeting Irina, we felt better about leaving. She obviously has a great love for cats and was very professional in her approach. While we were gone, she texted us every day to let us know our kitties were ok. When we got home our cats were happy as can be. We will always use Pet Angel when we need a sitter.

Irina has a unique combination of love for our pets as well as a firm understanding of pet's health issues. She's vigilent and makes us aware of any possible concerns she may have. She knows the vet services in our area and doesn't hesitate to use them if needed. Importantly, Irina is extremely reliable; she does what she says she will do. And she volunteers to additional small things such as water plants or set-out the trash for pick-up. Possibly the best pet sitter we've ever had.

Beware: Unprofessional and Not Trustworthy I booked with Irina Archangelskaya for dates in May, which she confirmed in writing with me back on April 4th. On April 20th she sent me an email stating that one of her “regular” clients now will need her during the dates that she promised me, and that she can’t sit for us. This is horrible. Now I have no one to take care of my dear pets while I’m away. This is a very busy season for pet sitters and it will be virtually impossible to find a replacement. Irina has now caused me tremendous problems and I don’t know what I’m going to do. She is extremely unprofessional.
