Introduction: Scope of accountability:
* Provide project/planning management and program analyst support for diverse businesses, medical offices, and residential customers
* Plan and manage all IT related systems, resources, and support personnel
* Provide technical planning for ongoing support of all mainframes, PC, application, and network communications
* Ensure standardization with all corporate systems for uninterrupted communications with other locations or offices
Program management:
* Monitor and manage disaster recovery and backup systems and implement a series of IT upgrades to capitalize on application and facility enhancements
* Manage and implement Cisco routers with T1 technology in facilities in a Windows 2000/2003 server environment
* Administer, manage, and maintain LAN and WAN systems/equipment
* Manage and control software
* Perform network system administrator for all departments needs and provide technical assistance and training to in-house support personnel and users
