The job is done! Overseeding existing lawn vs. new expensive sod. I was initially impressed with Bill's quick and knowledgeable response via Thumbtack msg, and subsequent on-site assessment of the job...as well being available to support ongoing maintenance of my little yard (unlike other bidders who installed sod only, with limited warranty). He and Jason were on-time, efficient, polite, and a pleasure to work with...and they adjusted all sprinkler heads and drip irrigation, and even threw in spraying my poorly lilac tree...all for the initial quoted price. Must wait now for grass to sprout and winter over to Spring.

These gentlemen did a great job! Very punctual, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. The process was quick and seamless, before I knew it my yard was cleaned and the clutter removed! He even offered me other services to beautify my property as well as referrals! It was great working with them and I will refer them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you gentlemen!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
this type of work varies from tree work to sprinkler systems to laying rock so pricing can be tricky but we like to average a certain amount depending on the amount of guys it takes on each job!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we treat all customers the same with the exception of price changes for sticking with us! I am more of a personal friend by the end of my jobs then just a lawn care guy! We just genuinely care about your needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all hands on experience for the past 17 years I have been learning by doing! school is great in some cases but trust me in this business it's all hands on and learn by doing! :-)
