- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy all forms of physical activity and love being around people who enjoy being physically active wanting to better themselves. It is a great experience to help individuals and groups better themselves for lifelong health for themselves and their families.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Program implementation guided directly from an initial intake. One-on-one sessions to help promote motivation and direction for each individual with the 3 keys (physical, mental, and nutriment).
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Helping an athlete not only in the weight room become stronger and better in sport performance but to see the confidence that he has built into himself over the sessions we have had and continue to have together. The confidence has leaked over to the classroom, social life, and sports life.
