- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our diagnostics and general repairs on most any PC and Mac system is affordably priced at $69. This includes a complete system diagnosis, removal of any virus or malware, any operating system or manufacturer device upgrades, and a complete system tune-up. If parts need to be replaced, and additional labor is involved, our total labor price is guaranteed NOT to exceed $139 for any device, regardless of the problem, excluding the cost of parts. Also, the $69 diagnostic fee IS APPLIED to the total labor cost incurred. We also offer training in Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, and Microsoft Office. Our classes are instructed by Microsoft Certified Professionals. Our one-on-one custom classes cost $49 per class with a 4-class minimum. After the first 4 classes, the cost is reduced to only $39 per class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our quotes are designed to calm our prospective customers by letting them know we are experts in the area of their immediate need and that we are available and ready to help them. If we don't hear back from one of our quotes, we promptly follow up so that the prospective customer knows we care and that they have our attention. Our pricing is the best part! We are one of the most affordable concierge computer services companies. Our clients get A LOT for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are experienced professional computer and/or network technicians, administrators or engineers. it is not uncommon for one of our senior system engineers to be removing a virus from a home PC. You would think that such tasks would be "below" that of a fully certified system engineer, but our people care. Our people are not worried about titles and glamour. We merely want to help you with whatever technology problem you are having.
