Scot was punctual and very knowledgeable about my LOPI wood stove. He found that the plug up was not in my flu, but in the clean air plenum of the stove. He cleaned up the problem for exactly what he had quoted and was very neat with his work. I will have Scot do a preseason cleaning this fall to keep my flu and stove working efficiently.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not let service provider remove your stove from your house for general cleaning or service. Most all repair work should be able to be accomplished where the appliance is located in the customer's home.
