- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic hourly rate is $40.00 hour. That takes care of anything from Carpentry, Hanging pictures, Painting, Drywall repair, Shingle repair, Deck repair, Fence repair, Putting together furniture, Repairing cabinets, Mounting TV's. My hourly rate for Electrical and Plumbing is $80.00 hour due to being a skilled trade. I do give Senior discounts and Veterans discount. There is time I will Bid the job's due to a lot of the time the Bid price can be cheaper then the hourly rate so if you have a job that you know could take awhile ask me to Bid it a lot of the time the prices can be cheaper then the hourly rate. All Estimates are Free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know everything about the job that needs to be done before I bid it. The more I know the cheaper I can make the job for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a 5 year Apprenticeship program for Plumbing and Pipefitting I am a Master Plumber by trade and a certified Pipefitter. I have been doing carpentry work since I was a teenager I built additions on houses installed new decks, demoed old walls and installed new walls in there place. I built 6' privacy fences, and worked on shingle roofs. A lot of the knowledge I have learned from the different tradesman through out the years.
