Yes I attend professional seminars to keep me updated.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I prepare Complaints for divorce (joint petition and straight divorce), custody papers, Orders, Guardianships, Wills, Trust, Small Claims actions, Set Asides from Probate, and some Summary Administrations. I also do Evictions and sealing of criminal records.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many paralegals will give you a cheap quote but they are not giving you all of the fees upfront...I give you all of the costs upfront!
