- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide the following price scales: by the hour (ongoing bookkeeping, general office services) per job assignment (weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing, tax preparation) pre-paid services: pre purchase hrs at a discounted rate. (available for all services) ***** All other fees such as set up fees, software monthly fees, end of year processing and other miscellaneous representation fees, etc. are additional costs to the estimated cost provided for you. We can customize packages for you as well to me the most cost effective as well as meeting your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our work is done virtually, however, we do try to do annual or bi-annual face to face meetings with our clients as best as possible. We store all data in a secured cloud base and set up your accounts on a secured server as well or connect remotely to your server to provide the services needed to complete your work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and have my degree in accounting. I have been working in the accounting field for over 20 years now and and have used a variety of platforms to provide excellent services to my clients.
