FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tailor my services to my clients' needs. I typically aim for a monthly rate so everyone can budget their time and money easily. The rate is based on your goals and the amount of time it will take to accomplish your vision. I will usually employ a roll-over service which means that if your hours go unused or are only partially used in a month for whatever reason (e.g. you have a slow season or require less work), then the hours roll into the next month, so you never lose the time you paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief discovery call to learn more about you and your business. The goal of this call is to understand your project in more detail and get to know you a little to make sure that we have a good match. I only work with clients if I believe I can stand behind their work with confidence and if I am confident we will have a successful working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my MBA with triple concentrations in marketing, management consulting, and global business strategy. Following my program, I became the marketing director for a start-up technology company and helped them close multiple rounds of funding over $2M. I also started my own photography and consulting businesses and ever since, I've been working with a wide range of companies to help them identify, develop, and communicate their brand and values. I work in technology, fashion, beauty, architecture, home services, fitness, and with a variety of personal brands.
