- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $85 per hour, with a $10 fuel charge for Las Vegas and Henderson. We give a discount for Boulder City service calls of $10 per hour ($75 per hour rate), with no fuel charge.For larger jobs we will come onsite to do a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a phone call from a customer and give a rough estimate over the phone for smaller jobs. For larger jobs we usually do an onsite visit. Our regular customers just call us to come out and do the work. They know that we are dependable, have good rates and are very efficient, so the job will be does quickly and correctly every time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are journey electricians which requires 5 years of apprenticeship. In addition each of our electricians have over 15 years work experience in this field.
