- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes a lot more details, that most would consider as a deep clean. I offer discounts for more frequent customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always arrive to a new customers home at least 15 minutes early to introduce myself and my assistant and to look over the customers home, ask questions about customers preferences, pet peeves etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the hospitality industry for 10+ years. I’ve worked for brands such as Marriott, Sheraton, IHG, Hilton and Wyndham. In addition to that I’ve worked for Daisy Maids, VRBO and Airbnb.
