- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't have standard pricing for my services. Every client is different because the spacing varies according to the need of the client. Also, the taste in live plants. Some clients like the tropical look while others like the modern look. Plants also provide that appeal, according to the taste of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit their residence or business to assess the space available for indoor plants, the accessibility to the live plants, and perform an interview to the prospective client to understand their needs. I explain the entire live plants installation process to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with indoor plants since childhood in my native land in Central America. I have taken courses online to teach me the proper plant maintenance of plants, after installed indoors. My online courses have given me a tremendous insight into live plant symptoms, in order to deal with issues that affect the health of plants. Because I enjoy what I do, I'm able to also understand what I call "plant language." Reading the symptoms of a plant through their leaves basically.
