My husband and I had some loan modification documents that needed signing (after a stressful year of almost losing our home due to issues outside of our control-so these were very important, had to be perfect, “keeping-our-home-depended-on-their-accuracy” type documents which were causing me quite a bit of anxiety!). Christine was quick to respond, available immediately, and reasonably priced. She came to our home the same day I called her and was right on time!
Some of the wording of the document was very confusing and she ended up putting the wrong name in a blank space and since I hadn’t made a copy of the document beforehand, we had to end up calling our lender to have new documents sent to us…
She handled that situation admirably-took full responsibility for the error, offered to lower the price for us and made herself available the moment the new documents arrived a few days later…she apologized and showed such grace and class about the whole thing!
Upon her return, I was feeling extremely anxious and was honestly probably being overly picky ab everything just bc I was worried the documents would get rejected for some minute error. She never took any of it personally, was patient, thorough and paid great attention to detail-taking plenty of time to check and re-check that each page and each signature was absolutely perfect-all while being understanding and accepting of my anxieties and concerns! Again, she was a true professional and showed what a kind heart she has!!
Quick side note: Two of my friends who are a bit “rough around the edges” happened to stop by and their audible conversation while Christine and my husband worked on the document was… colorful to say the least…so I did want to apologize to her for that going on in the background! She never skipped a beat though and I appreciated her tolerance of them!
All around, I was very happy with her service, and she even asked that I let her know once the document is filed so that she knows that everything was accepted and correct! She genuinely cared ab making sure that her part of helping us keep our home was done to the highest of standards professionally but also with compassion-I felt like my husband and I as people actually mattered to her above and beyond just being her “side hustle”/about money…as silly as that may sound when talking about a notary service, I mean every word of it!
Christine is open, honest, punctual, responsible, level-headed, genuine and kind hearted. She will be who I call from now on for any and all notary services I may need and I would recommend her to everyone! As her business name says-Christine is truly a first class individual and it was a blessing to have met and worked with her! Thank you for your help and your calming presence during a very anxious time for us!
