Kaulana quickly responded to my inquiry for Notary Service and patiently answered all questions prior to our appointment. Consistently updated us prior to her arrival. Professional, sensitive, knowledgeable and very friendly and accommodating. This was a very important meeting because the individual is disabled with much difficulty signing forms. The patience and sincerity given by this Kaulana was awesome, she has a very kind prey and saw her client as an individual, made him very comfortable and explained in detail every document he was signing. Additionally, she listened to all of our questions before answering, she required clarification on documents as she read each page, assuring every signature was in order before notarizing paperwork. Id certainly use her services again and will refer her to others in need of not only a Notary but a caring person.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard cost of a notarization is $15 per signature for the first signer and $7.50 for each additional signature of that same signer.
There is a $30 travel fee in addition to the notary fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All signers must have a valid ID (a current, government-issued document containing the signer’s photograph, description, signature and an identifying number)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I retired from a career in public service and wanted to continue contributing to my community. This allows me to meet many interesting people and be of assistance.
