- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always clear, upfront, and based on the type of document, travel distance, and urgency. I never charge surprise fees, and I provide exact quotes before confirming an appointment. All travel, notarization, hospital visits, RON sessions, and document prep services are disclosed in advance for full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the document type, signer ID, location, and any special circumstances (hospital, jail, assisted living, or mobility concerns). Once everything is verified, I provide a final price and schedule the appointment. At the appointment, I review the document, verify identity, complete the notarization, and provide any additional support such as scans, copies, or document preparation if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Nevada commissioned Notary Public and certified Loan Signing Agent with ongoing training in document handling, compliance, and industry best practices. I stay current on Nevada notary laws, RON platform requirements, and document preparation standards.
