About this pro
I listen to what my client needs and design around those needs and their personal taste. I provide guidance, my creativity, & my experience; but always listen to what my client wants. I have no problem controlling & overseeing a project, but can allocate authority when needed. I pride myself in working very well with other professionals. Everything!!! Even the stress...it keeps my creative juices flowing! The finished product and the look of happiness on my clients faces gives me the utmost personal satisfaction.
Customers rated this pro highly for professionalism.

Pamela did a good job, she completed the paint job in 2 days! She also worked with our tile guy to complete her job and worked around them. Pamela is straight forward, she was awesome.Dec 12, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not follow the norm as far as pricing as a Degreed Interior and Architectural Designer. That is why when you receive a quote from me, it will most likely say that I need more detailed information. I price depending on the scope of work and how detailed the work is. I always come in lower than other designers (as I've been told from my clients & know from being in the Industry). My overhead is low, so I make sure I pass along savings to my clients. I am always willing to talk and negotiate once we have a consultation. In most cases I do charge a consultation fee. This fee covers the time I spend initially before we move into contract. If my services are contracted, that fee will be credited back to you. I feel that any qualified professional should charge a fee for their time. If a professional does not have confidence in themselves and the services they offer, I know I wouldn't trust in their ability to complete my project and secure the best pricing for me. A professional should value and be valued for their time and work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have purchased & taught myself a few new programs that have become popular in my field since attaining my degree. I like how programs keep improving & so when the opportunity presents itself, so do I! I still very much enjoy hand drafting though, & probably always will.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Just the passion I have for it...and always re-arranging my space even as a child. I love color, fabric, finishes, hand drafting, and pulling it all together.
