I couldn’t imagine not continuing Mat Pilates with Tracy. We've maintained our practice through Skype and her attention to detail, correction of form and intensity of workout did not differ one bit from being at her studio! It has been the only exercise which has successfully corrected my posture, strengthened my core and increased my mind-body connection. Thankfully, technology will allow me to practice indefinitely with her.

Tracy Rubell is amazing Pilates teacher. I have been doing private sessions with her for a few years now and she has really helped rehabilitate my core after pregnancy and helped with ny sciatica problem. I really love how she keeps me focused and we spend the entire time doing exercise. It goes by pretty fast. She is so knowledgeable. She is also a very cool girl. I can't say enough great things about her.

I've been training with Tracy since 2009. She just keeps getting better and more knowledgable as a Pilates instructor and her passion for Pilates never diminishes. There's no need for me to look elsewhere!

Tracy has a deep knowledge of Pilates and uses her years of experience to enhance her students' sessions. I take private sessions with Tracy and am never disappointed with what I have accomplished. She is meticulous with alignment, which makes me feel safe and keeps me injury free. My main goal was core strength. There was so much I was missing out on before I started learning with her!
