When I could not get any response from the attorney I started to lose faith in my choice of legal representation. My OCD, ADHD, and my lack of patience was getting the best of me. I became extremely skeptical and then I had the pleasure to meet and deal with Beth Raymond, the Wonder Woman of the firm. Beth's patience and quick response to my "million" inquiries/questions helped me to relax and gain a confidence in the process and the firm. It was Beth's calming personality, professionalism, and honesty that gave me the patience necessary to deal with the process. Every month she would take time from her busy schedule to give me updates. The calming relaxing tone of her emails and the concern communicated within them bolstered our confidence that we had in fact chosen the right law firm to represent us. Beth is an asset to Clear Council Law Group and should be recognized for her calming personality, her quick ACCURATE responses, her knowledge, her attention to detail, her professionalism, and most important HER HONESTY. After much hard work the team negotiated a fair settlement on the 1st phase of our case. The 2nd phase is more detailed and will require more patience on my part. Boutique Law Firm with deep roots in the community and several areas of practice. I've used them for probate and estate planning, but I know they also handle personalinjury. Interacting with the staff will leave a smile on your face. It is obvious that the attorneys, paralegals and receptionists are consummate professionals, doing what they love.

We went to Clear Counsel with a probate issue. Despite being based overseas (and living in different time zones), we had the most professional and empathetic experience with Jonathan. Jonathan was super responsive and very detailed in replies (even when we asked him a million questions). Would 10/10 recommend.

Al, we simply don't handle discrimination cases - only personal injury. This has nothing to do with race. We don't want to take a case where we don't know what we're doing, and I don't think you want a lawyer who doesn't know how to handle your case well. Please don't take it personally that we asked you to find a firm that is a better fit.
We heard you out, discovered we can't handle your case, and told you we can't handle it. Please don't attack us for being honest and straightforward with you.
At Clear Counsel Law Group we will always be honest and direct with people who speak to us. If we can't handle your case, we will tell you instead of taking the case and doing a poor job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your initial consultation is always free.
For some services we offer a flat fee pricing. For other services we can work on "contingency" which means you don't pay if we don't win.
We even offer totally free wills to seniors over 65 as a part of our "Free Will Friday" initiative. Call us to learn more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will want to discuss your unique situation and ask a lot of detailed questions. What we DON'T want to do is just charge forward without understanding your needs.
Once we have a grasp of your situation, we can discuss how to best approach it, and our suggestions for what comes next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
