Eloff listed and sold our home for above list price with multiple offers on the table to choose from. Investing in Las Vegas real estate has been a goal of mine for quite some time. I sold my business back East and I was looking for an experienced Las Vegas Real estate agent that could help me find some investment property to hold and rent until the time is right to sell. Eloff actually found me a turnkey property that had been rehabbed recently and the tenant was already in place. He managed to negotiated a reduced sales price of 5K under the list price with the sellers contributing 2K towards my closing costs. Everything went through without a hitch and we closed ahead of schedule. Eloff did such a great job that I also hired him as my Las Vegas property manager. I called Eloff on a Saturday evening after having called several agents and not one person returned my call. He actually answered the phone and took the time to listen to my situation and was very comforting to talk to. He explained what to expect with current Las Vegas market shifting towards a buyers market and he provided comparable properties within my neighborhood to show us the value of our home. He went through everything to cover all the details along with the dozens of questions I threw at him. Not once did he get overwhelmed or frustrated with me. Eloff actually took his time to make sure I understood the process. How rare it is for someone to actually take the time to help in this fashion. I knew he was the right real estate agent for me. Long story short, he listed my home and sold it within 21 days. Thank you so much for your great service!

We were in need of someone that could guide us in the right direction to find a home that has good schools in its vicinity and room for some positive equity growth in the future. My wife and I interviewed 3 agents and we let each know that we would be making our decision amongst 3 agents based upon our comfort level and interaction with each. The first 2 agent seemed frustrated with us being so up front and it felt as if our meeting was cut short. We met with Eloff last but not not least and disclosed the same information. He took his time with us, explained the current market and told us to go with whomever we felt comfortable with. He said to make sure it's a good fit on sides, be selective and make sure they work to find us what we want. I really appreciated him being so understanding and not making us feel uncomfortable or pressured in any way. Of course we chose Eloff and he found us our home less than a week later. Eloff is a 10 STAR Agent! I can't say much for the other 2 agents. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
