FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Candidate fees depend on the requested service(s). Candidate services include career coaching, career search (contingent-basis), and resume/cover letter writing. All total fees will be agreed upon before services begin. Career searches have an assessable deposit amount and a contingency fee paid out after successful job placement. PWW Recruiting offers staffing services to Employers. Before services commence, the employer is responsible for paying a deposit. Placement fee percentages vary based on industry and the type of contract executed. Discounts will apply if there is more than one (1) position to be filled for the employer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each candidate that PWW Recruiting services receives an introductory call to establish a plan enacted throughout the agreement. Once the candidate's unique situation gets a frame of reference, a deposit request (sent via Quickbooks Online) and a contract (sent via Adobe Sign) are sent promptly to begin assisting the candidate. At the beginning of the employer's staffing process, an introductory call establishes the position and type of candidate the employer seeks. PWW Recruiting then surveys the market and sets up a follow-up meeting with the hiring manager(s) to discuss how quickly an employee needs to be found and any applicable fees. After the paid deposit and signed contract, we will then commence the engagement through contingency.
