- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work fast but efficiently so usually I price depending on the project but if it's something small I don't mind going hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I determine if the customer knows what they want or if they want me to design for them. Next I explain the process and give them a price. If they are happy with the price we move onto scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of on the job experience. I think training is important but what I've come to learn in time is you're always going to run into problems but experience is the only thing that can make those situations less stressful and go more smooth.
