FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe you should know exactly what you're paying for before any work begins. Our technicians take the time to diagnose the issue, explain your options in plain language, and answer every question before recommending a solution. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no pressure to replace equipment that can still be safely repaired. Whether it's a simple repair or a complete replacement, our goal is to help you make the decision that's best for your home, your family, and your budget—not ours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every appointment starts with listening. We'll learn what's happening with your water heater or water quality concerns, arrive on time, and perform a thorough evaluation of your system. Once we've identified the cause of the problem, we'll explain what we found, discuss your options, and answer any questions before work begins. After completing the repair or installation, we thoroughly test the system, clean our work area, and make sure you understand how everything operates before we leave. We want you to feel confident—not confused.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Water heating systems have become increasingly advanced, and proper installation and service require specialized knowledge. Our technicians receive ongoing training in tank and tankless water heaters, gas and electric systems, water filtration, water softening, manufacturer installation standards, safety codes, and current plumbing best practices. Just as important as technical training, we teach our team to educate homeowners—not sell to them. Our goal is to help you understand your options so you can make the decision that's right for your home.
