I took one meeting with Craig so far and he taught us what we needed in that session, We hired him to teach my staff in house to do some things relating to book keeping and QB. I cant say what its like long term though as we are just doing 5 in house sessions to teach the team basic's in book keeping.

Bank Reconcilations, G/l Reconcilations,filing of all monthly, quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns with exception of estate tax returns.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep good records, pay all payroll tax returns in a timely manner and avoid co mingling of funds
