FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For garden variety consumer debt Chapter 7 cases, my professional fee is generally $800 plus $335 court filing fee, a Chapter 13 professional fee generally ranges from $3500-$4500 plus a $281 court filing fee. These professional fees are negotiable and flexible payment plans are offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the individual at my office to discuss their bankruptcy needs and objectives. I will provide a thorough questionnaire and evaluation to them and ask them to compile certain financial records and bring copies of them to me to use to prepare the Bankruptcy Petition. I then prepare the Petition using the information and documents provided by the Client and will then meet with them again to review the document for accuracy, then, the Client will sign and date the Petition, and, I will then file it electronically online for the Client, thus commencing the bankruptcy process.
