I can’t say enough good things about Passionate Cooling and Heating! I found them on Thumbtack and from the first message, Jason made everything smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting the job done right. Derek came out today to service my home, and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure every detail was addressed. You can tell he takes pride in his work — not just doing a quick fix, but making sure the system is working at its best. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care, but Jason and Derek have it down perfectly. Jason was on top of it, oversaw the project well, made sure that I was treated fairly, and the quality of work was top-notch. He made sure all the wires were tucked and all the coolant lines were in a nice cover so it didn't look a mess. Great experience. I have referred him to my father in law for maintenance and he got the maintenance on my 3 units as well.
