For a whole new AC it was half the price of competitors. My husband complains about the aesthetics of the replacement but I doubt most care about that. Communication was a little wishy washy but it did get done as expected and would still recommend

Snow Frosty is very fast, we needed a new unit and had it installed the same day! We called many companies who said there was a shortage on affordable units and we needed to upgrade to a more expensive five star unit. Or that they would take 3 days to install. In this heat you can not go 3 days without an A/c , Snow Frosty said they had their own distributor and made their own metal and promised to install it in the afternoon on the same Friday. Sure enough it was installed within 2 hours we gave the installers a very good TIP!

The technician accessed my roof without my permission. Came down when I arrived to quote me a price of $859 said he would send report and details of issue. First of all, the most I’ve been quoted for the issue was $250 Secondly he left both breaker and power source open on the unit on the roof in Vegas extreme heat. I did not notice until after he had left because I never thought to look because no one ever leaves it exposed. I called to inform them someone that I had not received any documentation of the quote done. You left my unit exposed to the elements and I don’t know what you did while you were up on my roof with no permission. Do not use this service they only come out if they think it’s money involved. The rep said that my unit was not priority and they would get to it when they could after I gave her 24 hrs to get a tech out it had already been 48 hours exposed. She also said leaving the breaker and power source exposed doesn’t harm the unit yet they have covers. It’s almost a week later and nobody has even called back.

Upon arrival to give our estimate our tech found her disconnect box open with the cover missing he took a photo ( we quoted this customer on the disconnect box, control board, fan motor and fan blade). This unit had electrical issues hence why she was quoted the $859. Estimate was provided to this customer on the 31st, she reached out weds stating her box was left open (we left the disconnect box like it was found since we were only there to provide an estimate).
Estimate was verbally given to the customer as well as photos of the unit, customer demanded we change out her disconnect box stating parts were never missing. We explained to her we would send someone to close out her lid when we had time as currenlty there is a heat wave and priority service is given to elderly and medical emergencies. ( we were willing to go out and close her lid even though we did not leave it like that)
It is unfortunate that this customer felt our service was not justified, but it appears she has gotten multiple quotes, and is now tyring to get free work out of it. We simply provided her quote if she did not like the price we apologize but as a consumer there is options to choose not to accept a price.
