1/24/24 - Air Done Right just completed an entire re-install of my entire air and heating unit after graciously trying to resolve my current unit issues at a smaller cost if it could be salvaged. I definitely recommend them for their thoroughness and transparency.

Mark and this company are amazing ! They really stepped up and helped me. Mark went up on the roof and did everything he could to save my old unit, then had me scheduled for a new unit the next day. I am so appreciative to them. Thank you soooo much Air Done Right !!!Update: Installers were here early with bright happy smiles on their faces. They got the install complete promptly and efficiently and didn't leave before assuring that both the heating and cooling systems were working, also showing me how to use the new thermostat.I am so grateful for this company !!! Again, thank you !!!

Lyla responded promptly to my request for service. My newly installed AC was not working when we turned the heater on. She set up an appointment for Angel to come out that very afternoon. Angel arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful. I was very happy I didn't have to ask him to wear shoe covers. He came prepared. And he cleaned up after himself. Angel was knowledgable and very efficient. His confidence was reassuring.

Quoted $35 for service visit which sounded way too low. Total was $195 for a fuse replacement. A bit steep for a 10-15 minute task but the technician was on time, friendly and helpful.
