5 Stars + for all the categories of work, professionalism, value, punctuality, responsiveness and honesty! I needed work on our air conditioning unit. Others had looked at it and giving us a hard upsell for a new unit at over 14K. Christian from West Coast Air came out within a few hours of my call and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very honest and said we'd need a new unit in the future since the unit was older, but the job at hand was workable. Christian explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The pricing for the repair was reasonable. I will use West Coast Air again, without hesitation.

Christian did a thorough job! He was able to find the issue with the cooling and provided us options in the next steps. Overall, his service plus parts was very reasonably priced! I will definitely call on him again for any future repairs/maintenance.
