- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always able to work with my clients to meet their need and provide free legal consultations in order to be sure they have an understanding of what legal services they actually looking for in order to avoid wasting their time and making them incur unnecessary costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case will start off with a meeting to ensure both parties are on the same page about the assistance being requested. I like to give my clients the opportunity to explain and ask any questions they have as well as get to know them a little better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my college degree as well as my Juris Doctorate in Law. I graduated law school with highest probono honors after completing several hours of legal assistance to the local community and worked for the federal courts, state higher education institutions, government, private and public law firms.
