- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training services vary depending on what avenue you wish to go, private or group lessons or any stay and train. All prices can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter what service you have in mind, we want to meet you and your dog first. We need to make sure they are comfortable with us so we don't force ourselves on them and create a stressful environment. From there, we just talk and find out what exactly you are looking for and what services would be most beneficial for you and your pup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff members are certified in Pet First Aid and have passed Knowing Dogs, an exam relating to everything about dogs, health, and behavior. Our groomer has attended school and has been grooming for almost 10 years. Our trainer is a recent graduate of training school and eager to meet your pup!
