All of my interactions with this company have been pleasant and professional. George, my plumber, was prompt, professional, and explained everything to me. He was well equipped with modern technological tools and many years of experience. My problem was diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. The cost was the emailed estimate although the work was worth much more. George is returning to help with another problem and I'm confident I will be happy with the result. I highly recommend to anyone looking for competent plumbing services.

Good rate because of current promotion, but person who came out was not service oriented at all, made some snarky comments and even asked me to stop texting because it was "driving him crazy" (fyi, it was 1 text!). When I told him about the sewer smell and asked what could cause it, his answer was "I have no idea". As a plumber, I'm sure he's seen various cases of sewer smell and would have some reasons of what causes that. He did not want to be there, and I'm giving 3 stars because he fixed my clogged toilet, but I will not use again.
