I would absolutely used Pacific Electric again. The electrician installed a fan we purchased with ease. He was personable, quick and neat. Also, cost for the work done was fair. I was able to schedule the appointment quickly with the office. They also called to move my appointment forward by a day and then came several hours earlier than expected. Luckily, we were home to receive him. I appreciate how eager to work the electrician was.

I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage for an EV. I first went to another competitor who tried charged my $1250 for it! I asked Pacific Electric to quote me on the same thing and it was less than half of what the other guys quoted me. The outlet was installed quickly and works like a charm. Will definitely go through Pacific Electric again if I need any electrical work done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up-front flat-rate pricing. Everything is broken out and nothing is hidden. Estimates: We offer Free Estimates for new installations. Trouble Shooting: For repairs and troubleshooting, we have a trip charge of $89.00 and a troubleshooting rate of $44.50 per half hour for residential customers ONLY. Our Trip charge and rate are in addition to the cost of repairs, but we require approval for repair costs before proceeding. If the customer is a Senior(65 years +) or Military, we offer a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding a new customer is simple, we just need your personal information, (Home address, phone number, email address & service request)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and will arrive in a fully stocked van.
