- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Visits consist of a $69.00 dispatch fee; however, this fee will be applied to the total repair costs. Specific tasks are pre priced but are subject to the obstacles and time the electrician may run into. Standard service hours are between 8am-4pm, if an electrician is needed after these hours, this would be considered an emergency call. If emergency dispatching is required for after service hours of 8am - 4pm hours, then a fee of $119.99 is required. This 119.99 pricing will be applied towards the final repair costs. The emergency dispatch fee of $119.99 provides you with 1 hour troubleshooting for our electricians to properly diagnose the problem and provide you with a final estimate. If homeowners work between the operating service hours, please disclose this to our dispatch team, and they will work on finding a solution that fits your specific needs around our schedule. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would be to contact our service department and speak to a dispatcher regarding your repair. No quotes can be provided over the phone, an electrician will visit the property to provide you with the estimate for any repairs. Should there be a dispatching fee, this will be waived upon repairs.
