- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide clear and transparent pricing before starting any work. Prices may vary depending on the project size, materials, or special requirements. Any additional fees or options, like GFCI outlets or extra fittings, are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s needs and assess the project. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently and safely, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in electrical work and have completed training courses. Although these courses were not in the U.S., all the skills and knowledge I gained are fully in line with U.S. electrical codes.
