FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always conscious of the budget of those I work with. I want to make sure that I provide you with beautiful images but, as important, make sure that you feel that the value of my services have met your expectation to the fullest extent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try and make the process of working with a new client stress free. I know how stressful these events can be from the planning phase to the final few days of wrapping things up. I always want to have an introductory meeting either through a phone call, text or even a video call. I always want to make sure that there is clear communication and be sure that you understand all of the details of what I will be doing for your event. Plus, I want to get to know you a little bit and answer any and all questions or concerns you may have about the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been photographing the world around me for as long as I can remember. Although I don't have a formal education in photography, I attended private lessons for 3 years to hone my skill set to better understand the processes, history and technical aspects of the equipment I use. I also really wanted to understand the importance of the history that photography has contributed to the world. I continue to strive to be a better photographer and I am always seeking to learn new things that will make me a better artist.
