Head photographer, Michael Hewitt, a Las Vegas native and UNLV alumnus with a degree in graphic arts, has been a local photographer for over 14 years. His extensive experience is highlighted by his time as the resident photographer for the Palms Casino Resort where he had the opportunity to work with many high profile and celebrity clientele. This exposure cultivated the high degree of professionalism he brings to every shoot today. Mike's considerable freelance work coupled with his time at the Palms has led to documentation of thousands of events and weddings. Mike manages to bring out each event's distinct personality through his unique sense of artistry and his blend of traditional and photo-journalistic styles. After being a life long Nikon devotee, he's recently switched camps over to Canon and is completely in love with his new 5D Mark III. His work has been published in Rolling Stone, InStyle, Sports Illustrated, as well a myriad of local publications. Mike can truly be called an expert in his field.
