We've worked with a lot of different contractors on different projects in the past, and Tridel is above and beyond the rest.Dan was our project manager. He's a great communicator, always keeps our requests/preferences in mind, and does whatever is needed to get the job done, all with a smile.This is the 2nd bathroom remodel that they've done for us. They will be receiving a call when it comes time for our kitchen remodel :)Thanks for being so great...it's hard to find these days!

I just completed one project (adding a steam shower) that became multiple projects (removing carpets and replacing flooring, fixing some electrical and wiring issues, some other small jobs as well), as my wife kept wanting to remodel things around the house as she liked all the work being done.I believe this will be the third time that we've used Tridel, and each time it has been excellent. Straightforward, great attention to detail, and things get done right the first time.I have used contractors before and it's hit or miss, and when a shot call is made it, more often or not misses and things get messy. With Tridel, shot calls are well made, and I don't have to worry about second-guessing their work.I'm also comfortable with having their team working on the house, as my wife and I were traveling part of the time while they were working. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and they're happy to explain anything they're doing if you care to know.There are no surprise bills, or unexpected charges, as everything is explained upfront and when changes are made, new invoices or sent so you know exactly what's going on.My project manager, Max, was a joy to work with, and we got along great with him and the rest of the crew. I would definitely recommend anyone considering remodeling or doing any home renovation to reach out to them, as we have been happy with all the work done.

Dan was a great contractor, he made our kitchen remodeling process so smooth. He would check in with us often, updating us on all details and involving us in every decision. We recently used Tridel to turn our covered patio at the front of our house into a gym/playroom. They had done similar work for a neighbor with our same home layout, so we knew that they did quality work and would be familiar with the home design.From the start, we couldn't have been happier with the services that they provided. Our project manager, Max, was amazing and was really thorough at walking us through every aspect of construction since we had no idea what we were doing! He helped us design our custom door for the project so that it would work with the blueprints and was always available if there was a delay or issue with the construction process. Throughout some of the minor construction hiccups that occurred, he had great communication and was able to fix any concerns or problems that we had pretty quickly. The crew was very respectful of our home and our space, and we felt very comfortable having them come and go while we were at work to get stuff done.We would definitely use Tridel in the future if needed, the quality of their work was fantastic and we are so happy with our new home addition!
