Rob was very responsive and punctual. I got caught up on the day we were to meet and missed our appt. time. He was very kind and set up another time for me. We talked about my issue with my refrigerator and the cost for replacing a built in. He asked more questions about my problems with my fridge and the diagnosis I received from my home warranty service after 2 appliance folks checked out my fridge. Ron told me about a person he had worked with in the past that may be able to help me. Lo and behold the individual came to my home within the hour of my call and checked my fridge situation. After a proper diagnosis he said he could replace my compressor therefore avoiding the thousands of dollars I would’ve spent on a new built in refrigerator. It’s great working with folks that have your best interest in mind and so very knowledgeable plus professional. Thank you so very much!!!

We hired Rob of NYA Handyman Services to assemble a pergola kit over our backyard spa. He did a fantastic job... he came out promptly to look at the project and gave us an estimate right away. He was able to schedule our project in a reasonable length of time. Rob was very communicative and professional, and he showed up when he said he would be there. I have used thumbtack for many projects. Rob provided an exceptional all around service. He was very responsive. He responded very quickly and asked all of the right questions to access the job without pictures. Value: Rob charged $75 an hour. I think that was very reasonable for the service. Rob is amazing! His customer service drew us in first and foremost because he has an extremely personable touch in his work by providing details of what to expect, gives his expert opinion, and goes above and beyond everything asked.
