Joel is very nice and understanding. Unknowingly my power was shut off just as he got to my house early in the morning. He waited an hour then offered to come back the next morning. He was already working on my spa when I woke up! He educated me on proper spa maintenance and what I was doing wrong last season. Now it makes sense!I would recommend Joel palarz to anyone in need of above ground spa care at a reasonable price. Thanks Joel. You did a wonderful job. Its clean, sparkling and was ready for us that evening.
