- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and must be considered on it's own merit. I cannot give a firm price without seeing the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An inquiry is usually followed up with a consultation and estimate for services. If you are looking for someone just to hang a fan or your ordinary light fixture, I am typically overpriced for this type of service. I pride myself on quality, unique and special projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
