My wife and I purchased our first home in the summer of 2019. Although the home was move-in ready, we decided it would be best to get any upgrades and changes done before too much time passed. I reached out to Chana about a variety of projects: re-painting of cabinets, re-finishing/grouting the showers, painting an exterior door, and epoxy in the garage. Long story short: Renew All took care of everything and did an outstanding job. I can’t say enough about the job Chana and her team did for us. The biggest thing is trust and communication. Chana communicated clearly and set proper expectations. She was easy to welcome into our home and trust, as were the other members of our team. Price is always a factor in any project, and I’d say not only were they competitive, but for the price point they delivered a tremendous return on investment. I can’t give any higher recommendation than I would to Chana and the Renew All team. As we continue to work on our home in the future, Chana and her team will always be on our first to call list.

We chose Renew All Construction & Repair LLC to both paint and clean our house because she had great reviews and because it was clear after meeting with a number of painters for estimates, that she was by far the most caring. The day after they finished painting we noticed a few areas where the paint was a little too light. We sent an email to Chana expressing our concern and, without hesitation, Chana said she would come out to fix it--despite already having received our full payment. It is because of that integrity and her pride in her work that we would heartily recommend her for your painting project.

I hired Renew All Construction & Repair LLC to do painting, cleaning and repairing for the house I recently bought. There was dog's and cat's hair in the house the house requires repairs as well. So I needed general deep cleaning (carpet clean and all interiors of the house) , painting and minor repairs. After I did little research, I came across good comments for Renew All Construction & Repair LLC and contacted Chana. She happily came to my home and did free pre-estimation for the work. She broke down the prices per items and gave me the quote. Her price was relatively reasonable than other people I have contacted and Chana's team handle multi -works so I did not have to hire different people for different works. So I decided to give the work to Chana's team. Chana agreed to finish the work in ten days. Initially the timing was frustrated me and my wife as we wanted to move to the house not too long after we got the key. But after Chana told us she wanted to do quality work than rushing, we agreed to give the work to her team. Yes, waiting ten days was for a good reason. Chana and her team did a very wonderful work for us. They nicely painted the house, deep cleaned the carpet (two levels of cleaning) and cleaning all interiors of the house removing all those bunch of dog's hairs, fixed showers and rest rooms and made the house totally fresh. Chana's team (family) are a very polite, friendly and hard working people who value their customer and believe in doing quality work. I highly recommend them for someone who wants to get multi works done with quality by same team.

We hired Chana to repair a home that had been extensively damaged by tenants and make it ready to put on the market to sell. The list of items they repaired is extensive - holes in the drywall (one so large it went all the way thru the wall of the house), holes in the stucco, replaced blinds, replaced ceiling fans, replaced toilets, replaced bathroom lights and towel racks, refinished tubs and sinks, cleaned windows, cleaned an existing ceiling fan, installed a new microwave, removed destroyed carpet and replaced with new, deep, deep cleaning doesn't even begin to describe the dirt they had to clean in the entire 1800 sq ft house, priming and painting entire house, repair and repaint garage door and front door, paint the stucco that was repaired, repairing and replacing doors, locks, door frames, hauling off trash and personal items the tenant had left behind, cleaning garage walls and floor and repainting, pressure washing driveway, and I'm sure at least 20 other items I can't recall. The dirt and destruction in this home were beyond anything I have ever encountered. Chana and her crew tackled the project like true professionals. The attention to detail in every room was something I never expected. We live in a different state and I was very apprehensive about not seeing what was going on in the house. I quickly discovered there was no need to worry. Chana was in contact with me everyday-multiple times a day if she felt it was necessary. She coordinated purchases and deliveries with me by phone-I never had to leave the state. When Chana was finished with the house it looked like it did when it was purchased 8 years ago. Impressed, appreciative, grateful, thankful-these are words I would use to explain my experience with Renew All Construction but they don't even start to convey how happy I am with the work that was done. The house went under contract in 2 days-unfortunately financing for the buyer was a problem so its back on the market. Our realtor mentioned a couple of items he thought we should address and Chana will be fixing them this week. I could not be more impressed.
