Gave me a quote of $40 then gave a higher quote in text messages for a crew of two people which i did not ask for as it was a job that could easily be done by one person and that was all I was expecting or willing to pay for. I had several other quotes from other cleaners to do the job for half the $80 they ended up taking from me while standing in my doorway with the door wide open demanding money I never agreed to pay. The job was well done but it would have been done just as well by someone honest. Additionally there were shelves taken out of my refrigerator that were not put back properly causing extra work and stress for me because I had to take everything off of both shelves, pull the shelves out, and then put everything back. Extremely frustrating experience. Would not recommend and would not use again.

Pap 'N' Mo's was contracted to disassemble a wood bed frame, pack the frame and also the foam mattress and a TV in a packing box. The frame was not disassembled and was simply wrapped in cardboard and shrink wrap. The mattress was partially wrapped in shrink wrap. the TV was put into a TV shipping box with no padding or packing material. I was not present for the packing. If so, I would have refused the job. The bed frame arrive shattered and the frame splintered in all four corners. The mattress arrived unwrapped and totally dirty and soiled. The TV was shattered from rattling around in the box unwrapped with the mounting base. Everything that Pap 'N' Mo's touched was a total loss. Worst packing job I have every seen. They also charged twice what was quoted for doing nothing but shrink wrapping a complete bed frame and mattress and throwing a flat screen TV into a cardboard box. This was a cross country shipment. I would not recommend Pap 'N' Mo's to anyone for any packing job. Totally inexperienced.

After 15 years in Las Vegas, my brother is coming home to Los Angeles. However, he had 15 years of "stuff" that he'd accumulated. The team of professionals showed up on time Sunday to haul what needed to be removed and "trashed". Team of two took 2 hours.
Then they returned today (Tuesday) to help haul everything that was in the house onto the POD and the Uhaul truck we rented for this major move. They moved things in an efficient and safe manner and were very helpful with my brother's belongings.
House was a 4 bedroom single family, one level on a half an acre. HUGE move and it was too much for friends and family. Adrian (sp?) was so easy and helpful to deal with.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE FOR ANY HAULING, MOVING, REPAIRING, AND JUST OVERALL HELP WITH YOUR MOVE. If there were 10 stars I would put that at a rating.
I am so blessed to have found this service to help us with this move. I made several trips over the last 2 months and they were my lifesavers at the finish line (last and hardest mile). Interacting with him from Los Angeles, I trusted him to get the job done and take care of my brother in my absence as he took his last Las Vegas lap.
If you are a REALTOR and need cleanup done with a property, THIS IS THE SERVICE TO CALL!!!! You will not be disappointed. GUARANTEED!
