Been working with Wendy and the Jagtax crew for years handling my business and personal taxes. Initially found Jagtax running scared from IRS and state tax issues. After putting out back tax fires using staff and legal resources, realized Jagtax had more hands on corporate experience and business services allowing me to free up time to concentrate on making my business grow. Have started two additional companies with Jagtax guidance. Prior to formation, we discussed legal and accounting advantages of choosing proper corporate structure. Chose to start companies as S corp(s). Jagtax did everything else. They offer extensive accounting, bookkeeping and tax planning services which I think are overshadowed by their tax relief programs. Wonderful people to work with. Highly recommend.

I felt totally confident with Wendy. She responded quickly whenever I had questions, even after hours. She doesn't discriminate between the little clients and the big clients. She works equally hard for both. She was persistent with the Franchise Tax Board in helping me. I highly recommend JAG TAX no matter what state you live in. They are the best. They get the job done.
