Long distance move, two bedroom, garage and basement
Joey moved me from New York to Florida (all the way to Cape Coral). I have depression and anxiety disorder and he reassured me and made me feel very comfortable. Him and his crew worked very fast and efficiently. I do not know where Joey gets the energy!! Crew was very friendly and personable. They are also very trustworthy. I had items that were not packed and nothing was stolen including some old credit cards I forgot I had. I have some items away to the workers as I had to much stuff. Joey is very accommodating also. There was a little mix up with the truck but he resolved it right away. I had to leave items behind in New York (they moved left over items quickly into garage and we were on our way) Joey is the only one I trust getting my remaining items, I feel so comfortable that I gave him my old garage key. I was afraid to drive all the way from New York to Cape Coral alone so I was able to follow their truck which was very important to me for safety reasons bc I have vertigo and was traveling with two dogs. When we got to Florida my stuff was too much for the house and my father freaked out (now I have to sell items I moved) Joey quickly solved the problem by helping my flustered father find a storage facility nearby so Joey and crew took excess boxes to storage facility very quickly. His fees are very reasonable, more so than the big name moving companies. There were some items that broke but that’s to be expected, nothing really important or expensive anyway or that can’t be replaced. I am now safely in beautiful Florida thanks to Joey and crew. Thank you so much!! I will definitely use him again to get my remaining stuff from New York and maybe move some heavy items from my storage in Florida. It was a long dreadful move but they did it!! 10 million thank you’s to Joey and crew. I can’t thank you enough!!
I like to add that they moved a huge mostly glass (four panes) and wrought iron extremely heavy book case pictured below and not one scratch or glass breakage. That was the piece I was very worried about and it made it from New York to Florida in one piece. I would also like to add that I had a basement plus garage and two bedroom duplex, I had a ton of stuff and miscalculated the square footage of the Florida duplex I was moving into but as I stated Joey solved the issue promptly with finding storage a few minutes from my new place.

Joey (the owner) was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and delivered exactly on what he said he would do. It's also worth mentioning, that when one of his movers didn't show up for a job, he took a red-eye flight himself and drove the truck for 24 hrs in order to show up on time! Now thats quality, service, and reliability. Best moving experience we've had so far (and we move a lot)

Working with Joey on my move was great. He supported both packing and moving with professionalism, courtesy, and care. Joey was responsive to my requests regarding the handling of some items of great value and proceeded with care. It turned out to be a long day of both packing and moving, requiring two trips between my old home and new home, and maneuvering some bulky items, but he remained positive, kind, and diligent throughout. Items were delivered to each room in the new house per my request, and properly re-assembled upon arrival. Joey's rates are very reasonable for the quality of service he provided. It was a pleasure working with him for what can otherwise be a very stressful situation when moving!

We had an incredible experience with Dapper Deliv!! Our flights back from Europe got all sorts of messed up and we found ourselves landing at Newark late at night and our car was parked at a lot near JFK. I reached out and within a couple minutes got a response. Dapper Deliv took care of EVERYTHING while I was without Wi-Fi somewhere over the Atlantic. When our plane landed and I had service again, the first thing that came through were pictures of our car safely parked at the pickup point. It was such a relief, especially because I had no way of contacting anyone while in the air. It was all left in their hands and they took care of it all! They got to the lot where my car was parked. Spoke to the attendants and got my car. Safely drove it to a Starbucks near Newark. And waited (several hours…more flight delays) for us to arrive and get the keys. It shaved HOURS off our ride home and we were beyond thankful. The pricing was more than fair especially for the excellent service we received! Will keep them in mind next time we’re in a bind!
