When I hired Markus almost a year ago I was turning 55 very depressed out of shape middle age woman, not to mention that I have array of joint issues such as my left knee and never fully recovered from frozen shoulders that had limited range of motion.
I have worked with few trainers on and off before I worked with Markus.
I was not happy with progress & results of my training.
