In the beginning of the month I weighed 150 and I’m 5’7 , for years I tried gaining weight/muscle. My goal was to get to 165-170 pounds but cut up. I tried all types of different workout programs,with no luck and uninspired I was going to give up but I heard about Jahar’s o.m.a’s workout fitness program from a friend who just tried it and was just looking like me a month prior and now the results are definitely showing. had me wanting to know more so I decided to give it a try one last time. From the gate he’s hands on with you goes over what to eat what work outs are best for you and you can get in contact with him easily and he answers almost instantly. In less then a month I saw big gains in my chest back and shoulders and even abs. Best investment I made this year and highly recommend it to anyone trying to gain muscle or even lose weight.

I had a great experience working out with Jahar. He had me start out with a 2 mile run around the track. He than showed me a variety of Calisthenics workouts to tone up my arms. I'm not very good at picking up my own weight and At times i wanted to quit but Jahar motivated me with encouraging words to block out what i felt i couldnt do and It really helped me get the workout done. We ended the workout doing 3 sets of cardio exercises that involved a medicine ball and rope slams which helped increase and build my stamina and most importantly made me break a sweat. Jahar really knows he's stuff and If you feel you can't do it he will motivate you to help you mentally believe in yourself to accomplish the task at hand.

Working with OMA fitness has been a true pleasure. I’ve had more than a few experiences working with trainers and I must say the value Ive received has been beyond my expectations! From the work out plan, to the one on one consultations and even meal plan recommendations, I must say this has been the most effective investment yet. First thing is first i literally asked Jahar to kill me in a workout i gave it until the end of the first workout and i was already regretting it.. BUT it felt so good ! He pushed me further than i thought i could go! Once I'm back , he's definitely locked in as my trainer! Your getting a GREAT quality of EXERCISES for a great VALUE ! Health is Wealth!
